One of my friends from twitter sent me a photo of the “Melba Toast” product available in her country ;-) I used to be able to buy “melba toast” in the USA too, but haven’t seen it here in Arizona yet… anywho… some friends wanted to know where my name “Melbie Toast” came from, and here’s the long version (don’t fall asleep…):(1) When I was a child my nickname was “Mellie” and my best friend started calling me “Melbie” (she still does!). It’s her special name for me and I love her for it! (I call her “Suebie”)(2) One of the first fanfics I read years ago was “I Love L.A.” (a Rob fan fic, really GREAT)…and in it Rob and his girlfriend Gracie shared Chex Mix in bed, and Rob liked the “melba toasts” in the mix so Gracie would separate them out for him…(3) and so of course “Melbie Toast” was born out of reading “I Love L.A.” and my fondness for “melba toast” and my nickname “Melbie” :-) …. and so it goes…. LOL!!!

Dear Friends and Followers, this is just a pure FUN video! As we all know, Robert Pattinson is the sexiest man alive, and I couldn’t resist creating a video using the classic Tom Jones song, “SEX BOMB”… for Rob is always “bombing” us with his sex stare and overall complete sexiness :-) So I hope you enjoy this little video - I sure had fun making it!  (BEST watched in HD)

Historic Tall Ship “Star of India” at San Diego Harbor in California Ever since I saw “Mutiny on the Bounty” (staring Marlon Brando) as a child, I’ve loved old sailing ships, the “Tall Ships”…. this is a photo I took of the Star of India at San Diego Harbor, in August 2006. The Star of India was launched in 1863 and is the oldest ship in the world that still maintains a regular sailing schedule. She is a unique and cherished community icon that has been welcoming visitors on the San Diego waterfront for more than 75 years. Onboard are exhibits chronicling her career as an immigrant ship and commercial vessel during which she made 21 trips around the world.

I am a true dolphin lover, and I could watch the dolphins cavort at Sea World for hours. Here is a photo I took in May 2007 at Sea World in San Diego, California.  Curious and friendly Bottlenose Dolphins come to the edge of their pool at Sea World in San Diego, California, to visit the audience, before the show starts…. These animals are amazing, beautiful, intelligent, and caring. I love dolphins!

So this is me when I was a young girl in love with “My Viking”, who took the photograph… the Viking ended up tearing my heart to smithereens, but I still love Sweden, and have many friends there still…. but I always wonder what path my life would have taken had I not met the Viking in a twist of fate one day when he almost missed the bus I was traveling on… and ended up sitting next to me.  My whole life would have turned out TOTALLY different I am positive… remember my younger friends…something that happens or someone you have a chance encounter with and you may think is insignificant at the time - may change your life’s journey completely and forever…..
